Individuals that were placed on adult probation supervision (community supervision) in Midland County, Texas, and have been transferred to another location in Texas, must report by email, mail, or fax each month. This also applies to those individuals from Midland County that have been placed on a “mail-in” status.
An individual can fulfill the above requirement by completing the “Mail Report Form” located here. Once the form is completed and submitted, it will be reviewed by the Midland CSCD Indirect Officer.
Completing this form DOES NOT replace reporting in person to a Probation Officer, Counselor, or any other person you have been told to report to as a condition of your probation.
Completing this form DOES NOT replace making your required monthly payment to the Midland County Probation Office. You can utilize this website to make a payment online.
Failure to report by email, mail, or fax each month or as otherwise directed, providing false or incorrect information, or failing to notify a change in your information on the monthly report form is a violation of your probation and can result in your case being referred back to the presiding judge for further action including revocation of your probation.
